Murmurs is a study in lightness — crafted from sheer, breathable cottons like organdy, mulmul, and glass cotton. Silhouettes are relaxed providing for movement and airflow — a natural fit for the Indian summer. These garments shift gently between seen and unseen — textiles that breathe, float, and remember.

Transparency is embraced through unlined construction, with details like paneling, patchwork, and pleating adding visual interest without extra weight. Vintage embroidered bedspreads are repurposed and combined with mulmul and cotton-linen to create subtle contrasts in texture and tone while evoking a sense of history reworked into the present.
