Production & Shipping

Once you place the order, we require a period of 10-15 working days in which we will make and dispatch your shipment. In case of further delays due to reasons out of our control we will notify you via email. All our products are lovingly and carefully packed in padded mailers or corrugated boxes, further covered in a water-proof material to ensure it reaches you in the finest condition, and on time.

Domestic Shipping

We provide free standard shipping in India. For express delivery, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer. We will get back to you shortly.

International Shipping

We provide free standard shipping to our international customers. Though additional taxes and custom duties if any shall be borne by the receiver. Shipping details will be shared once the garment is out for delivery. Depending on the delivery address, it may take between 5–7 days for the parcel to be delivered in addition to the 10–15 days needed to make the garment.

We currently only ship to the United States, Canada, UK and rest of Asia.

Day & Age is not responsible for delays caused by the courier unless due to natural disasters or any other emergency. If your parcel is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect address, you must bear all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to the correct address. Day & Age does not bear responsibility for this.

Cancellations & Returns

Given that our clothes are made-to-order according to the specifications (we recommend referring to the size guide) mentioned in the website, we are not always open to returns. However a replacement is applicable in the case of any damages incurred during shipping. Only defective and damaged products can be returned within 4 working days from the day of delivery on showing the proof of damage. Cost of shipping will be borne by the customer.
